As I said earlier, I'm in the same boat. Stuck at "Review of Eligibility" since May 20th. Did the CIC agent said they are gonna look into your application at least or it's completely lost?

We both are in the same boat. It's been 3+ months. MyCIC is still in-progress at 'Review of Eligibility' and ECAS is no longer working. :(
