I had talked with my lawyer about this case before. He told me he had two cases. One is to send a receipt again and it took for over 6 months. Onother is to pay it again and it took for 2 months less to recieve CORP. Of course he received a check from CIC. That's why I recommend it.

Unfortunately, it may take for a long time an officer to double check your receipt. I strongly recommend you should pay it again. If you do that, your file is going toward your goal fast, and you must be able to refund it later.

Have you ordered the GCMS notes? If you yes, you can see about payment. You should send the receipt again. On other hands, you have to pay RPRF right now, and then you should refund later. My lawyer said me that it is a good solution to process your case rapidly. I'm also stuck in CIO.

I got email about my request for update from CIO today. It took to reply for 43 days. zzz~~ Unforturnately, my application has been in CIO so far. They said that my app is under review, and they just memtioned your medical exam results are showing as complete. That's it. I don't know why...

Yes, they haven't asked me anything yet. I didnt submit RCMP fingerprints when I sent an application package, even if I paid the RPRF at that time.

I hope so, but they didnt require them. I just wanted my app was activated by them.

My app received Nov 8. it has shown "Application received" on E-cas. I dont know where my app is. I sent the RPRF receipt and RCMP fingerprint to them last week, and then they received last Monday. I will see what happens until this weekend. I'm going to go crazy...

How do you think you should come to your local MP? Some people got information about processing their app.

I also paid 5 dollars, but someone said that it is no different between the Access to information Act and Privacy Act. I will order the Pricay Act next time.

How long does it take to get gcms? Have you changed your status on ecas?

I think you will get IP as soon, most people who replied from Ottawa like that got IP. That's good signal.. However, as for me, therer is nothing..No IP, No request, No response, my application doesn't work..Terrible!!! If there is nothing utill this Sunday, I will e-mail to Ottawa next Monday...

You can email to them past 30 days after applied it, perhaps, they will send the gcms notes to you immediately.

As for me, I sent email to both offices last month, but they didn't reply anything yet. However, you and gav89singh did reply something from Ottawa. I think both your applications are there. Althougth they don't start processing your cases, that's good signal.

I'm still no IP, my app recevied Nov 8. I sent some docs which're RCMP fingerprint and RPRF receipt they dont required by courier yesterday, so Im just waiting what happens.
