Hi, Can you please share your timeline including the dates for every email you got from them. Regarding your question, I think you have to book an appointment and the person has to go him/herself for that. I have heard people saying its taking 10-14 days for you to get your passport back.

Hi, I also received the same email yesterday. I believe you'll have a passport request update in a couple of days. Many people who received this email had their PPRs in a time frame of 2-4 days after the email. Good luck and keep us posted.
