If you're a pr or a canadian citizen, i suggest you to submit a covid 19 travel exemption webform, that might help you get your application priorized.

Then raise a webform to the specific VO regarding the change in your status. Also raise a covid 19 travel exemption webform with all the supporting documents writing in detail how you qualify for the travel exemption. That should help expedite your visa application process.

Hi, I also received the same email yesterday. I believe you'll have a passport request update in a couple of days. Many people who received this email had their PPRs in a time frame of 2-4 days after the email. Good luck and keep us posted.

If you are FSW applicant, you must unless you have a valid job offer. You must explain it in loe along with proof. If you are CEC applicant then you need to write a low stating that you are cec applicant and you don't need pof as per cic rules.
