Kinza could be right, because as far as my spouse's VO is concerned, the medical request came from them and they assessed the results. So it could be true that CPC was swamped and delegated the medical to your VO to take care of.

It's different and unique for different applications. My spouse's BGC started September 1st, medical passed Sep 8th and DM on Sep 13th. She received her passport back today.

Well I'm guessing they are requesting for proof of the sponsor having intent to return to Canada. Did you provide that yet? Employment, bank account, house, anything that proves you will be returning to Canada soon.

So sponsor is in Canada then, right?

Hi, from the notes it looks like our file was never sent it been in that particular location. I'm unsure about what it actually means. I'm sorry but maybe someone else could clarify this bit.

And you've mentioned before that you've already provided them with the necessary documentation that shows intent to return to Canada, right? Cause it all looks like you're ready in that case and you just need to wait for PPR email.
