We landed on December 20, but my husband and daughter have already received it, only me not... I am kind warring about this... I think my card was lost.

I called them, they told me then my card was sent January 7,2020, maybe they lost it?... My status right now is "Completed" in ECAS.

I have the same problem. We did landing on December 20,2019, my husband and daughter has already received PR Cards on January 9 and 10 but me not. They send my PR Card January 7 (they told me when I called them) but I didn't received it yet. Should I start worrying about it?
