My spouse visa refused ....reason, ties to Canada and home country? Plz help me as what yo define as ties to Canada? As I send my admission letter CAQ, my passport n visa copy... What else?

Hello guys, Just if any one can help me... I am master from Canada that is 21 months duration... In EE form ...they just ask the duration options as for 1 year, or 2 year... What should I select? Thanks
