Your age will be locked on the date of issuance of the NOI. So if you receive NOI before 14th nov, you can proceed with your OINP application. Hope this helps.

Hi Bill, Will really appreciate if you can get us some experts' feedback on the real reasons why OINP has stopped nominations for almost a month now. Since there is no official communication on the processing times for PFL cases, it becomes more difficult for those waiting.

Thanks for your reply. This is a standard reply email they have been sending to anyone that has raised an enquiry in the last two months. If they were having such a backlog, they should have been issuing nominations to clear such backlog. But no nominations that I have heard of in the last one...
