Don't worry, sometimes BGC goes " in progress" and PPR you get in a matter of 3-4 days..happened with a friend...

Exactly same place as you are.. 19th Jan AOR and BGC on 28 June... And waiting since then... Though I got through CIC and they said that 6 months is just an approx duration... It sometimes might take longer..I was told it was in process and nothing to worry. I know it will come soon now... But...

Thanks DevGurgaon... Exactly as you stated.. NDVO doesn't take calls... Got through CIC and they said my criminality and security and medical checks are done.. Hoping that it comes soon now..

Hi which number did you call on? It's the CIC (Canada number) or NDVO (Delhi number). Even I am desperately waiting for the PPR.. My AOR was 19th Jan.. And BG was 28 June :(

Yes, have been checking spam and trash just in case. But it's not there. I guess I will just have to wait it out :)

Hey Guys, I received the AOR on January 18th 2016. Background check changes to in progress on June 28 and there has been no change after that. 6 months are over.. Still waiting for PPR. :( Anyone with a similar timeline?
