I sent an email to the processing office asking for an update. They were quick to respond and let me know that my file is in queue for citizenship ceremony and they cannot provide a timeline at the moment.

I'm in the same boat. LPP was marked complete on Feb 7 and it has been a waiting game since then. So close yet so far. I'm hoping they send out the invites sometime soon

When does the tracker show Citizenship ceremony as In Progress? After we get the Oath invitation letter?

The online tracker was updated this morning (Dec 8) for the test. The dates for the test are Dec 9 to Dec 29. However I have not got any email with the instructions yet. Do I need to reach out to IRCC or this is normal and I will get the invite sometime today?

That is good to know. I was under the impression that we would get the test invitation only after all applications complete BG checks. It seems the kids application status has nothing to do with when we get the test invites

I would like to know this too. I'm in the same situation. It shows BG completed for me and my wife, but for our son it still shows In Progress. ECAS was updated on Nov 18th for all of us and tracker was updated on Nov 22nd for just me and my wife.
