    Well, I wouldn't say they are poor education, as in Canada the colleges have maintained certain standards as compared to India. Also, as I said if exp & profile is good then you can land a job post just 1yr program rather then go for another one. For eg. a MBA at a reasonable university there...

    It really depends on your experience and profile......If you have good exp, then 1 yr courses make sense, as they are cheap and would let you get in the job market quickly.Also, Canada is expensive place to live and survive without any regular income, while paying for high university fees...
