Yes, I agree with you Olawall. When U say Yes in License and Trade/Profession" in EOI, you have more scores. And when you get LAA, you have to submit documentation indicated that license.

Dear Tola, you have to get license from one of The Regulation Body in Canada. I think you should email to MPNP to cancel this LAA, then you update in your EOI as soon as possible for the next draw. Best Wishes !
