Can anyone please advice as to when the cap for 2132 would be reached.

1000 complete applications received

When will the application be included in the CAP. I mean after it received by the CIC or only when it is opened by the CIC. Can anyone please tell me about this.

NOC 2132 date received - 14th july 2014 date returned - 2nd october 2014 reason : supplementary form not available.

Yes they have stated in the email that my application has been returned and the reason is no supplementary form available.

I have provided them with supplementary form but as far as knowledge but i don't know what actually happened. Will courier people open the package and check whats inside for security reasons as its an international consignment.

I have a copy of ECA but I need to apply for IELTS and i haven't received the uci number via mail. so can I send in a fresh application under NOC 2132 at this point of time without mentioning UCI. Will it be in the Cap.

Hello, Application Received Date: 14th July 2014. Application Returned Date: 2nd October 2014. Reason For Return: No Supplementary form provided. Can we again re apply before we receive the application or should wait to receive the application. I got above info through mail from CIC.

can you apply again or you need to wait for the application to note the UCI number and then reapply with that uci number ?? How does it work..
