Guys a friend of mine sent application by DHL last week. yesterday dhl gave POD in electronic form that its been delivered to some Mike in CIC. it just says the name and no signatures of him are there in scanned POD. Is it like that? I mean do he need to ask for scan of POD with Mike's signature...

My documents + applicationdon't fit in A4 size envelope mentioned by CIC in instructions guide for courier. Could I upgrade a size? or they are very specific to the size of envelope. I need advise on this ASAP.
