I never called them. Yes it took about 6 months for me to receive the application. I sent it in November and received the CSQ in February

When you receive AOR you can log into ECAS to see your application updates

Seems like you know exactly what to do and personally I would do everything by myself without a lawyer. It would be a lot of work but at least you'll put more effort and write about your establishment in Canada because only you can tell your story as best

If you did tracking with Canada post then you could use that but I do not think they send AOR, I am not sure because I did not received one
