When I did it, the agent in Beijing asked for copy of my passport, China Visa, my Temporarily Resident Permit, the address where I stayed and an authorization letter says you authorize them to get the check for you.

Call CIC call center. Be prepare to call several times and get the average answer.

1st VO said he's not convinced i worked as executive assistant. Due date for 2nd review is July 10 which is tmr but i dont have much hope ill get anything.

They told me the same thing as my app has passed 13 months mark- "Security check is in process. App is completed and they will contact me if need anything". There's no win in this topic. They can tell you processing time is 20 months and nothing we can do about it.

It did the same to me. A week later i checked and it said the app has been approved. I think they're working on your application and you should receive an answer soon. Keep checking your CIC account. Don't wait for them to send you email. I didnt receive their email until one day later after...
