How to change email address? Application is at local visa office and currently in a queue awaiting initial review. Does raising a CSE will help or I have to send them updated Generic Form by mail??

1. E-mail address was correct. 2. Neither file number nor UCI was there in the e-mail reply from CIO. 3. Already raised CSE but received an auto reply saying that they will reply within 28 working days :o >:( :(

I am a 2nd July applicant. Haven't received any PER. Today I have received an email reply from CIO (inquiry sent on 2nd Nov) that my file has been transferred to SGVO. Don't know the date. How can I get my UCI? Any email/phone number of SGVO?

I have just raised a CSE to Singapore. The automatic reply says it will take 28 working days. Any other options?
