I agree that you should not lose hope until caps are full! Also about xpress entry, i understand you do not need a job offer, you just nominate yourself and hope that a Canadian employeer gives you a job offer, then you apply for PR. Keep up optimism, there are many ways to make our dreams true!

Language information should be at a different page than your signature, so you could just ask your consultant/lawyer/representative to print a new copy of the language page without french and you would be fine.
