CIC agents do have access to any kind of notes/updates that have been uploaded on the system. I was told the same thing TWICE that my citizenship has been aproved by the judge and my file is at Scarbrough office now. Btw, I am a pre test Rq victim too.

I have been following this forum since I have applied for citizenship ( August 2011). I am also a Feb 2014 test victim of ST CLAIRE . I have been calling Cic and last week I was told that the judge has granted/approved my citizenship on May 26th. Now waiting for oath invitation and it sucks :(
