My personal interpretation of CIC EE requirements is that if you do not have at least 6 in all band than you will not be eligible for FSW, FST or CEC category. You might consider retaking the exam to improve on the score.

Do not worry, there are lots of people with similar time line. Unless your application time is over 6 months, you should remain optimistic. Unless there is a definite response in My CIC, do not listen to BS.
