exactly same thing was told to me. after 10 business days from my file number i received an email to send the advertisements again. because your papers were asked again or missing, file is sent in 8 week processing time. i wish it doesn't happen to you. if so do update.

i dont know where my agent has sent because my region is toronto. i received file number through agent and in mail as well.
