Not need balance certificate is enough, but if the vo officer ask for (6 or 3 months it depends) statement at that time have to produce the same.

Think like this if the VO did't ask any explanation from your side he simply reject the application and sending a letter stating that your proof of fund is not acceptable...

They will check the bank statement dates submitted when applying and check the latest one (say after your PER) by this they will easily know your transaction...... right :o

You will send the proof of fund details with your application, sometime they will check in middle of the entire process about your fund proof. If something get changed they will put question on that... and sometimes lead to reject the application.

If you are showing full amount as FD then you need to send copy of FD bond paper, if not above case you need to send Copy of FD Bond paper and the rest amount in saving account which in original bank statement

If you are showing the full amount (i.e 3 members means 18097 CAD) by fd then its good to go, sometime they will ask from where you got this bulk amount for that you need to answer....

Even though there is no need to get appointment for pcc, you will get it on the same day if your present address and the address in passport is same, if you are living in other state it will take 6 to 10 days...

Last year one of my friend got a letter that he should submit the pcc within 30 days by NDVO office, but he did't get it within the time frame, he send the pcc after 65 days which is 35 days more.... but it did't make any issue, passport request came after 2 weeks..

Do you have GAZETTE notification if yes its enough otherwise need AFFIDAVIT.
