Hello all, I requested my ATIP notes and it says my file is in Scarborough and is “ORANGE TAG TEST READY”. Anyone have any idea what orange tag means? Thank you

Getting very tired of waiting

I emailed to check on my November 2018 application. Have not received a test invite... It is surprising as I thought my file would be at Mississauga office but they informed me it is at the Scarborough office. Does anyone else see any test invites going out from Scarborough these days...
