Received my fingerprints / criminal / refugee check letter from RCMP in the mail on Monday, and sent them right away to Vegreville. I did the digital prints from commissionaires last week. Just crossing my fingers now. I don't suppose most of you have had to deal with this, hey?

Yes. It's apparently the only province that has a school act or legislation that clearly states it. You can check the ministry of advanced education for Ontario. But still, after 9 months there is a good chance of getting full PR if you have a strong case.

Only in Ontario will you be able to pay local tuition after 9 months when you get AIP

Entirely depends on mailing times which can be looked up on Canada Post. 4 days national, 3 days within province, 2 days same city,,,not sure!! Ecas update is 2 days after letter has been sent, so start ur day counting from 2 days before ecas updated
