Hi Toby, will those conditions still be valid come January 1st when Express Entry comes into effect?

I was in such a situation and sure enough my application was returned by post 6 weeks later with a cover letter explaining the issues, after correction and resubmission it was accepted and CC charged 4 weeks later.

yup so it seems, I posted my information yesterday for updating and 12 hours later nothing was done so I withdrew it.

applicaton was done 2011, it took 22 days to process, no interview requested, done under TFW. thanks

Agree 100%, all applicable in my case.

my 1st 50 applications yielded zero replies then I had my resume redone by a professional (this time with a cover letter and resume). soon after enquiries, question, and interviews were being requested. Cover letter, format, and presentation made a big difference.

I must have submitted over 200 applications which resulted in 20 interviews before I landed my 1st job 1 year later, it was very frustrating at times but I never gave up...
