@WilliamShakesBeer @Ella A You will have to take your new permit to service Canada regardless. Whether they change the SIN or not, the expiry date of SIN must match the current document you are holding.

They will automatically refund it to you - once your application is almost complete. So don't expect it anytime soon, it will take awhile.

So the PR is $1040 and OWP should be $255. You paid the biometrics fee of $85 which is is not necessary for inland application. You paid $155 for the Work Permit Fee, but you missed the $100 for Work Permit Holders fee. I suggest you pay the $100 choosing the holders fee when paying and send...

That's normal. Those are just "helpful links". Actually has nothing to do with your application and is automatically generated in the website. I have the same too :)

I would give them a call to confirm that they have in fact started processing it and not returned.

The forms should be signed within three months of being received. You can search all the forms here and you can compare the month and year on the bottom left corner of the forms with the forms you have filled up right now...

Hello there, I am able to see the images that you sent and understandably, those aren't the correct forms that they are asking. The Notice of Assessment is not a T4 slip or Tax documents. It's the document that Canada Revenue Agency sends to your home address after filing your taxes either...

Great. It shouldn't be too much of an issue to get your extension then. Some cases, it comes even earlier. Check the processing times online. All the best!

As you are already in Canada, you don't need to apply for TRV, which is a document that allows you to enter the country. Visitor's extension is when you are currently in Canada and wish to extend your stay beyond the validity of your status (but you have to apply before your status expiry). This...

It is always safer to apply for a visitors extension. Keep in mind, this is not a visa - it just maintains your status in case your OWP gets returned at the time you are on implied status. When you resend your application (PR+OWP) before your status expires in November 24 - the OWP application...

Yes, you will have to send them that new information through webform. But do so when you have the actual address and when you have the date when you're physically moving. You don't want mail correspondence to go to your previous address, or for them to send it to your new one too early.

****August 2019 - Inland Spousal PR + OWP****

I would say it is within normal timeframe. I have known some people that waited ~3 weeks for their applications in the mail. It's definitely not a postal issue - I know they are cautious of that. But yes they probably do take their time to return it. And what do you mean by paper visitor...

****August 2019 - Inland Spousal PR + OWP****

I'm sorry to hear that they returned your application. They do take their sweet time when returning applications. If you know the reason why they returned it, by all means start correcting the necessary documents or fees. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do but wait for it.

They will reimburse you the balance :) Although I heard that they will do that after the application is complete - so it will take awhile!

You don't need to pay for biometric fee when applying inland. There are no offices from within Canada that can actually do them as of this moment.
