If you traveled with RTD and you have PR I do not think they will ask you , as you PR holder with RTD but they ask who do not have PR and travel that hat happened with me before got the PR . If you have the PR you only need to update the travel journal for the citizenship requirement...

I am sorry nothing , me also passing hard days waiting for the wife and kids since three years.

what type of you application is it spouse over seas , i applied my wife and three kids in Amman office in April 2019 , so when i expect medical test .

No thing till now my wife with three kids waiting it is hard time fo all , I wish it will not take long time like our DM process .I know pepole get the medical test after four months from the landing date .I hope all of we will get somthing next month.
