Draws usually take place on Wednesday in CANADA. Not Wednesday in wherever you are from. It's call time zone difference. Hope it helps.

I am in total agreement. Some folks here are playing with the EE system, taking and declining ITAs time after time. Wasting resources and complaining how CIC functions. If one really wants to go to Canada at all cost, he/she would take the first chance he/she were given. Instead of whining...
