Hi i m exactly the same case as, urs and i.applied may 6 and still waiting..online within canada..they say 18 Calender days so u should expect a reply next week..quick question .did u upload.a joboffer or something showing u r looking for job in Ur letter of explanation.i didn't and i m worried...

Wow.what does that mean. You should try contacting the ney York office..email them..i m guessing u would get an email to my cic very soon..also can u please post the email u had sent to ottawa with the subject line u used to get the response

Mine was may 6.. It will start at a later date.but at least we can hope to get a response in.18 days rather then wait another 30 days.well ur close to being two months.i really really hope u get a response soon

CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca is the email id..so far i only saw one person who applied on april10 got back a request..fingers crossed u get a response early next week

I think we can..i am able to start a new application.but have not submitted one..i will wait a week or two..coos i was later then u guys

U might soon get a request to upload the letter..so we can hope for that.might as well wait till next week

I think.if u have open.study permit u will not need the letter but if it.closed study permit for specific institution u will need it..huys i m just thinking..instead of wait so longgg.i mean we can wait some more time.after that why can't we just resubmit a second application stating we have...

one person applied on 10th and got it on may 27th.. so there is hope just wait... ur nearing two months and ppl usually get response by 2 months

I can understand ur worry.. did u also apply online in Canada? have u sent any emails and did they respond? so far I only had two wmails saying my status has been updated but when I check there is nothing.. I really hope u hear back very soon

I don't know of any who applied for a TRV personally! the processing days are gong down..i m also hoping mirzathe8 hears soon too cos it was apr 13 application.. but when I was going through forums.. I saw some ppl getting a pp request exactly 2 months later.. so there is hope!
