    For people who were/are in Canada, I think IRCC will obtain PCC directly from RCMP themselves, not through applicants. Correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen any one (who was/are in Canada) being requested by IRCC to submit RCMP PCC.

    True. I'm seeing on the tracker that people with AOR at end of March have just got Medical Passed at end of May - 2 months these days.

    Maybe u can call IRCC. I called OINP and they said OK to add spouse. Use an app or another phone to record the calls just in case.
