I finally got through to the agent today! I tried couple of times before but never was transferred. Today he told me there is no VO for application and many offices work on the application! So probably just wait haha

Hi Vick, You don’t need PCC for time spent in Canada. You only need PCC India and from any other country/countries you have sprint more than six months in. Hope this helps!
