    How did you send your passport? Is RPRF in INR or CAD? If it its in INR you can check with the bank to know when it is liquidated. If you sent the documents and passports via VFS, you can expect the passports a lot sooner after Decision Made status in ECAS.

    I intend departing on 26th of May from Cochin and I was looking for a flight that allows maximum luggage. There are flights with 46kgs + 7kgs hand baggage =53kgs. Wonder if that will suffice for a family of 3 that includes a 6 year old girl.

    No fasting required. You can have your breakfast. Get your reading glasses if any. Get the medical request document as stated in the email. Reach early to leave early. Avoid going to large hospitals. They may take long time to submit your medicals.
