Hi guys, PER received finally. It turned out, the golden email landed in my spam emails. So have faith guys, yours will come too and check your spam emails as well. Timeline as follows: NOC 1111 Application received: Sept 2 CC charged: Nov 23 PER email date: Dec 22

Unfortunately, I don't have my UCI yet so there is no way I could check ECAS. Thanks dude for the encouragement! Hope we receive our PERs by end of this week or until next week.. :D
