sorry i didn't mean to disappoint you.. but as i understand that tehy are not receiving new applications for Quebec, but for old applications, they are still processing... and for Federal Skilled Workers i know that all is going normally and processing is going on.. don't worry i think it is...

but they mentioned on the website that they will not reply to inquiries if the file had been received for less than 6 weeks ? why would they reply now, it's been only 3 weeks :(

i think you are in the safe side, when cap reached you can know, still Number of Complete Applications Received* : 160 for 3131 find the link for updates: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp good lick :)

but NOC 3131 is still did not reach cap till now 3131 Pharmacists Number of Complete Applications Received* is 160 and CAP NOT REACHED ... so you were already in the safe side? or did i miss something ? ::)

sorry Alex, i haven't heard about this quota thing till i entered this forum, read previous discussions you will find so many people talked about it, but that is still only guessing and that is what we are discussing, so I never said this is a fact. I didn't hurt any body or stated information...
