    You’re right, immigration just confirmed I can apply declaring non accompanying and then sponsor him after getting the PR.

    The reason is because of my points. I score 468 and with him just 440...I thought I could apply as per my effort getting experience in Canada and studying at college but apparently it doesn’t matter if my partner doesn’t have experience/English and studies... Plus he doesn’t have any documents...
