UPDATE: At 8th attempt to link application, it finally worked! I put "single" instead of married. I assume it worked because the system originally registered me as single when I got my first visitors record some years ago.

It finally worked! I put "single" in and it worked! The first ever visitor record that I received was when I was single. Maybe I was registered in their system as single. I put "2" I left DOB blank == Tip: keep track of all the versions that you enter to make sure you work systematically trying...

I have the same question. When I submit Schedule A, it will have over 60 entries on personal history. So I prefer to send in a separate sheet for it. Let me know when you get more insight please.

Thanks for everyone's input on this. I cannot believe how many people experience a problem linking. I just used up my 5 attempts for 24 hours. Does anyone know if the system is 24 hours or just refreshes at midnight or so?

I wondered about the same. I just exceeded the 5 attempts that you get in 24 hours to link and application. I tried it with the applicant (not sponsor) details. Really don't understand what I put that was not correct / their required format.

My sponsor never got an email for AOR. I received an email today to link my already existing CIC account with our application. Was not able to successfully link the application. Any tips what to do now? UPDATE: Sponsor received AOR some hours after I received email to link application to account.

Not yet. We did receive a call from CIC on Friday, because we had ticked one question on the checklist incorrectly and they allowed us to email it in with the amendment. They did say we may get the AOR in the evening, but it has not yet happened. What is AOR1 vs AOR2?
