yeah..it took longer than normal processing time....last time when I applied for my mother it was dne well n time...but I dont understand why this delay in my case. ! BLS staff says its under process at consulate so they cannot do anything.

I applied for OCI in Jan,2015 but its still under process. I got my original documents back in February from Toronto consulate. I called BLS,tgey said its under consular jurisdiction. Anyone with such experience before? Any idea whom to contact. Thanks

Guys I had met residency obligation but the problem was that I didn't send my passport copies with my application that is why my case referred to secondary review.They asked my passport copies only for secondary review.I requested urgent processing as I have to travel for my friends marriage!

Finally I got my card this week. It was in secondary review since Nov,2014. And applied for renewal in June,2014.

they dont count 29 day of february,,,so take 28 days of february each year...apply with atleast 740 days....ypu will be safe otherwise secondary review and long delays...

Did your husband had 1095 days of physical presence in Canada or he applied with lesser physical presence days and more basic residence days ? Please tell
