i don't about your case but why are you choosing cert. program? is it a 1 year course, then you will get only 1 year stay back.that is why most people most people choose at least a 2 yr. diploma course-for 3 year stay back option. from what i have heard, nurses are in high demand in Canada.

what is ACA?i dont know specific cases but others will need to know answers to following questions before they can evaluate. what is your degree? is your work experience in a related field?

why do we need to carry C$3000? do we need to carry this much cash even if we have GIC?????
