Can u please confirm what do you mean by "passport copies towards DOB certificates" I sent my passport copies without notarization too. But I did get my DOB certificates translated and notarized.

:( Why now, are they slowing down considering not may people are applying under CEC and they are just balancing the workload? Only 475 / 8,000 since May 1st. LOL - I know I am overanalyzing but it could be the case.
