You need PCC only from one place. One PCC per country. Your consultant is misleading you. Why hire such useless consultants who make your journey more cumbersome. You can apply for PCC either from comissioner's office or from PSK - wahtever suits you. If you are looking for applying from...

Thanks for the reply. But, then there got to be some advantage if PCC is sent along with medicals. There must be some process that can be immediately kick started post receiving PCC. CIC also recommends to send PCC with the application pkg itself
