Ofcourse one can apply for new NOC next year. What if in the interim one year you have worked in a different field/industry. For any NOC CIC demands only 1 year of experience.

Not Sure! I enquired with two banks (SBI and ICICI) and both said the validity is for 3 months only. I spcifically asked for validity if in International Currency, and there was no change in reply. This was the reason I unwillingly went for Credit Card route. >:(
