As what i heard, etobicoke office is the busiest office in Canada. Maybe this is the reason.

Lots of people have both decision made right after receiving AIP. I do not understand why do they process our cases so slow. Where are your living? I am living in Toronto.

we are on the same boat. there is no update after i received AIP and my ESCA status is the same you are. But as you received another AIP yesterday, i believe you will have a progressive update soon :)
