Yes it is mandatory to provide an English Language proof in order to apply for citizenship. Even though we studied here in Canada. In my case I did include my Ontario Transcript too and school Diploma abroad just the photocopies.

Hi zeeAJ, I got my AOR yesterday and tried to log into my ECAS but it didn't work. Then, I tried it earlier when I woked up early this morning and it worked smoothly. I think the best thing is to try to log in tomorrow. ;)
