My guess is 407 with 3600 ITA's on tomorrow.

i would suggest go through Express Entry as you have sufficient points and process time is less compared to PNP.

I guess today draw will be there as CIC wants to give opportunity for who is having low score and waiting since long time, Giving more gap between draws would come more applicants in pool and low score one's takes longer time to pick. 408 with 3600 ITA's All the best for today draw.

Yes my CRS score reduced on the birth day but with bit late so conclusion is 5 points will be reduced from total score for increase of a year age on birthday date.

I observed that my points not reduced after birthday.
