My lawyer had recreated my profile on 24 Jan. Crs 433 and noc 2173. But no Noi yet? Anybody with crs 433 or 434 with profile creation date between Jan 1st and 25th got noi? Please confirm

Yes that's right. But I think it was typo error as profile creation date is Jan 20 2018
