mine has crossed 33 days. and I tried to link all ways giving sponsor details. nothing worked to me. I am sponsor of applicant. it means they did not started working even after passing 33 days. same what they answered me on telephone that no officer assigned to my application yet.

Same reply I get when ever I tried to link with ecas. how you put your name in name section FIRST NAME/FAMILY NAME in same sequence giving slash sign in between?

Almost all the sponsors are in Canada and Applicants are outside Canada in their respective home countries. and everyone did same what u did. me too as well.

oh, how they can tell the time frame. and you did not asked them why for this delay. do you have any complication in your file, do you have dependent kids in your application or it is just single applicant in your file.? mine is bit complicated though.
