on an average it takes 15-19 months before you will get a test date...that is a regular process time but if u get a rq then its a real long road

You have 90 % possibility of RQ as you living outside Canada for 7 months will ring their bells. As another member already suggested start to gather ur documents to avoid any delays.

You can call up CIC call center if your file had been transferred to your local office they will advise you of same....and staying out of country for that long specially when you are just a PR will surely ring their bells i personally think you will be receiving a RQ so be ready for that...They...

Not trying to discourage you or anything but your application is screaming for a RQ. I am sure couple of months after applying you sill be receiving it. Be ready for that dreaded RQ.
