Hello, does anyone know the rational for IRCC asking PR applicants to do biometrics again even though if their previous biometrics haven't expired as yet? I find it strange since biometrics are valid for 10 years. Thanks!

I just find it really strange since you must have CEC applicants who are outside of Canada also. It is just weird though.

Is it that hard for IRCC to give them ITAs, or is it that their system isn't capable enough in giving ITAs based on country of residence?
