Yes I think I have received an email update. Dont worry, I think you need to wait for a couple more hours sometimes 24hrs before the points be added. it even happened before I believe that crediting of 600 points took fee days. You know how unpredictable OINP is these days. Wait for 24hrs then...

Sid.r it is not a mandatory requiremen but wont hurt if you would upload it as well in the additional documents section. OINP will send a hard copy of the certificate of nomination days after they nominate you, through Purolator.
