LOE lang kasi pag nag upload ka makikita naman nila ibat ibang version ng pangalan mo sa documents i.e. Birth cert, marriage cert, WES, IELTS, diploma, emp reference letter, etc. If for eAPR, may placeholder dun for LOE. Hope this helps!

Agree ako dito. My 4 year course was assessed as 3yrs and my husband's 5yr course was assessed 4yrs. Both bachelor degrees. Please note that for provincial nominee programme (pnp) , they may have bachelor's degree as minimum requirement (i. e. Ontario - Human Capital).
