My wife has never been asked to provide any document since sent her application, even for medical examination!! I'm really disappointed that we haven't heard yet!

The Visa Office Outside of Canada DOES NOT issue visas for pregnant applicants until birth, because the CIC requires medical test results be submitted for the the new birth.
